Hooked offers a 14-day money-back guarantee on Glint Pro subscriptions. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your order date.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle. To request a refund, visit paddle.net and locate the receipt sent to you after purchase, or email 1hooked2support3@gmail.com and we will start the refund process for you.

What happens after a refund

Once a refund is issued your Glint Pro entitlements end and your account reverts to the Free plan. Refunds are typically returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

Subscription renewals

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account; cancellation stops future renewals and you keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for.
